Prime Minister Justin Trudeau honors International Day of Persons with Disabilities

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau today issued a statement regarding the International Day of Persons with Disabilities.  According to the statement, today "is a time to celebrate the contributions that people with disabilities make to our country and our world.
